Bridge Point North

Bridge Development Partners, in a venture with Wanxiang America and Globe Corporation, has acquired the 200 acre former Cardinal Health regional headquarters campus and plans to redevelopment the site into Bridge Point North (“BPN”), a Class A corporate park with over 3M SF of Class A office/warehouse/distribution space located in Lake County, Illinois.
The current business plan contemplates the Land Venture completing all infrastructure improvements over two years and selling improved land sites to affiliated entities for the construction of over 2.7 million square feet of new, state of the art industrial buildings in addition to the 1.0 million square feet currently under construction.
